Alias rules and allowed characters

Aliases must be 3 to 32 characters long and can contain letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. Spaces and other symbols are not allowed.

Aliases are case sensitive, so pick a style and stick to it. Lowercase is easiest to share out loud.
